COMFORT FOOD REIMAGINED
Great food is an important part of any intimate getaway, and we are dedicated to making your dining experience memorable! We always offer gluten free and vegetarian and vegan options. We are happy to adjust our menu offerings to accommodate your health concerns or tastes; please let us know in advance if possible. Our goal is to fill you with delicious food that makes you happy. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you have our personal guarantee that you will not pay!
ALWAYS INCLUDED GOURMET BREAKFAST
All stays at the Twisp Terrace Lodge include a full gourmet breakfast. The experience begins at 8:00 AM, when coffee and pastry is delivered to the door of your room. Too early? No problem; the 8:00 AM service is only for those who desire it. Not early enough? Also no problem: freshly brewed coffee and hot water is available in the Dining Room beginning at 7:00 AM.
At 9:00 AM, breakfast is served on the enclosed veranda, or on the deck in warmer months, at your private table marked with your room name. This breakfast always includes a healthy starter followed by a choice of delicious entrees. Our menu rotates daily so that no matter how long you stay you will always have fresh choices!
If your adventure plans require an early departure, enjoy a breakfast sandwich or other grab-and-go goodies!
Dine at the Veranda, the most exclusive restaurant in the Methow Valley! Seating is by reservation only. Lodge guests always receive reservation priority provided reservations are made at least one week in advance. At one week in advance, reservations are open to the public. Dinner service begins at 7:00 PM.
Dinner at the Veranda is a five-course, prix-fixe experience in fine dining. Our Chef de Cuisine, Barron Knaus, brings his culinary school-polished skills and a love of locally-sourced ingredients to every dish. For a sampling of menus, click here. Menu items are also available a la carte.
The Veranda is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday each week.
HAPPY HOUR IN THE PUB
Discover our 19th Century Terrace Pub, imported in its entirety from England back when the Lodge was part of Tice Ranch. Enjoy our signature cocktails (this summer's theme is lavender, steeped from the own lavender gardens around the pool), wines by the glass or bottle, selection of domestic and imported beer by the bottle, and Six Point Hard Cider.
Pub Hours: Open 4-6 Thursday through Saturday for hotel guests only. No reservation or advance notice required. Must be 21 years old. Extended hours for events.
SNACKS AND TREATS
Snacks and treats are always available at either of our 24-hour Refreshment Centers, along with cold and hot beverages and ice. Refrigerator space is also available to you at the Refreshment Centers. Expect fresh-baked treats to be available in the early afternoon.
HAND CRAFTED LUNCHES TO GO OR TO STAY
There is so much to do right here at the Lodge that you may never leave until your stay is done. Or, you may be up in the backcountry hiking or skiing. In either case, we offer a selection of hand-crafted lunches which you may take with you or eat at the Lodge. Each gourmet lunch includes a choice of salad or sandwich on freshly baked Lodge bread (from a selection of sandwich breads, rolls, and flat breads); chips; fruit or vegetables and a freshly baked cookie.
OTHER HUNGRY TIMES
We will not let you go hungry during your stay at the Lodge! If your schedule keeps you away from our breakfast, lunch, snacks, happy hour, dinner and after-dinner food choices, let us know! With only 11 rooms, the Lodge is never crowded and all guests enjoy genuine service in the classic style!
