DINNER SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE
We are saddened to let you know that the Twisp Terrace Lodge will not be offering dinner of any kind this summer and until further notice. We have received a series of conflicting messages from the regulatory authorities with respect to our restaurant, and after working through various options we have determined that it is not fair to either our guests or our staff to add to the unfortunate confusion. Our first and primary goal is for our guests and staff to be safe and comfortable.
We will continue to offer our pastry service at 8 AM and hot breakfast at 9 AM. We will also offer drinks and have snacks available in the evenings.
On your arrival we will provide you with a list of open local restaurants (we are only 3 miles from Twisp).
We enjoy our five-course dinner service and are sorry to see it go away, even temporarily. We also apologize to those of you who have made dinner reservations with us for this summer.

Prime New York strip steak, rolled in peppercorns, grilled and served with a mustard cognac sauce, roasted asparagus, and whipped chive potatoes
Salmon Filet
Sustainably caught salmon roasted in parchment paper with lemon and herbs, served with wild rice and smashed peas with turmeric
Lamb
Frenched lamb chops broiled to your taste (we suggest medium rare), seasoned then basted with an apricot-rosemary glaze, served with baked fingerling potatoes and a fragrant medley of roasted sweet bell peppers and onions
Eggplant Parmesan
Our favorite for birthdays and Valentine’s Day, and any day! Thinly sliced eggplant, washed in egg then breaded and pan-fried, baked with our Lodge Marinara sauce and cheeses, served on a bed of imported Macaroni al Torchio pasta with freshly-grated asiago cheese
